Terms and Conditions: Try-A-Valve ® Program

By participating in the solenoid valve trial program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"):

1. Eligibility:
a. The Program is open to individuals or businesses interested in evaluating the solenoid valve ("Product") for potential use in their operations.
b. You must have a legitimate need for a solenoid valve and the authority to make purchasing decisions on behalf of your organization (if applicable).
c. You must reside in a location where the Program is available.

2. Solenoid Valve Trial:
a. Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a solenoid valve free of charge for evaluation and testing purposes ("Trial Valve").
b. The Trial Valve will be provided to you for a specified duration, as agreed upon between both parties, to assess its performance and compatibility with your specific requirements.
c. You agree to use the Trial Valve solely for the purposes of evaluation and provide feedback based on your experience.

3. Generating Interest and Acquiring Customers:
a. The primary goal of the Program is to generate interest in the Product and potentially acquire you as a client if you are satisfied with the Trial Valve.
b. You understand and acknowledge that participation in the Program does not guarantee a successful acquisition of the Product or any future business relationship.
c. The decision to proceed with a purchase or enter into a business relationship with the Product provider is solely at your discretion and is not mandatory as part of the Program.

4. Trial Feedback:
a. During the trial period, you agree to provide timely and detailed feedback to the Product provider regarding your experience with the Trial Valve.
b. Feedback may include, but is not limited to, performance evaluation, reliability, ease of installation, compatibility with existing systems, and any other relevant observations.
c. The Product provider may request additional information or clarification on your feedback to better understand your evaluation.

5. Return or Purchase:
a. At the end of the trial period, you will have two options:
i. If you are satisfied with the Trial Valve and wish to proceed with a purchase, you can contact the Product provider to discuss pricing, terms, and conditions.
ii. If you decide not to purchase the Product, you must return the Trial Valve to the Product provider at your expense, following the provided instructions, within a specified timeframe.
b. Failure to return the Trial Valve within the specified timeframe may result in you being invoiced for the full retail value of the Product.

6. Ownership and Liability:
a. The Trial Valve provided to you remains the property of the Product provider throughout the trial period.
b. You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of the Trial Valve during your possession.
c. The Product provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use or evaluation of the Trial Valve.

7. Compliance:
a. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines during your participation in the Program.
b. You will not use the Trial Valve for any illegal, unethical, or unintended purposes that may harm the reputation of the Product provider.

8. Termination:
a. The Product provider reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply with these Terms or engage in any activities that may adversely affect the Product provider or the Trial Valve.
b. You may terminate your participation in the Program by providing written notice to the Product provider and returning the Trial Valve.

9. Modification:
a. The Product provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon

posting the revised Terms on the Program's official website or notifying you via email.

10. Governing Law:
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the provincial and federal laws of Ontario and Canada respectively. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
