Since the pumps are rigorously tested, a few drops may still remain in the pump. The pumps are brand new and not used for any other operation. This product adheres to the highest standards throughout the entire manufacturing process, including rigorous testing, to ensure its quality when it reaches your hands.

To maintain the quality and efficiency of your equipment, it is important to follow specific guidelines. Failing to do so might result in subpar performance and potential harm to your equipment. Suppose you select a replacement pump with slightly different speed stroke specifications such as EX7 as opposed to EX5 for your coffee machine, although they both have the same specifications. It could potentially result in undesired results (i.e. potentially less frothing, leading to lower quality lattes, cappuccinos, damage to your equipment, etc).

Pumps are consumable products and there no manufacturer repair parts available. There are fire and leak hazards when pumps are opened, repaired, and reassembled with other parts. Ulka Pumps are to be strictly replaced to resolve pressure and flow issues after a variety of different duty cycles, depending on the application media.
